Deborah Tomczak’s success as a Real Estate Specialist is derived from a combination of 25 years of corporate business, 19 years as a Real Estate Specialist, and the sincere desire to make sure her client’s needs are fulfilled and communicated every step of the way during the purchasing or selling process. She specializes in residential real estate sales in Viera, Suntree, Baytree, and surrounding areas of central Florida’s Space Coast. Extensive knowledge of developing relationships, marketing and advertising are her core strengths. Deborah is a graduate of the real estate Institute (GRI), has earned the Designation Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and EPro Designation, which focuses on Internet, sales, and marketing. She is a graduate from the University of Florida with a degree in advertising and marketing. She has been married to David Tomczak for 44 years.
